English Abstract
Distributed control strategies have been widely adopted in DC microgrid (MG) secondary control owing to their flexibility. However, they often entail high communication overhead and are vulnerable to cyber attacks. In contrast, decentralized control methods eliminate the need for peer-to-peer communication. Motivated by the limitations of existing distributed control strategies and inspired by the merits of decentralized control, a new control framework that admits the advantages of distributed and decentralized control for DC MG clusters is proposed in this study. Furthermore, based on this newly proposed control framework, a transient performance-guaranteed controller is designed to converge the DC voltage to its reference value within a preset time and keep the current allocation error within a pre-defined range. The theoretical analysis of the overall system together with the proposed controller is rigorously given. Finally, the effectiveness and superiority of our proposed method are verified through several real-time simulation cases.
